When you call Triumph Mobile Tyres for an emergency callout, have three pieces of information ready: your precise location (a postcode, plus any nearby landmark or road name that helps identify your exact position), your vehicle registration number, and a brief description of what has happened — for example, whether the tyre is completely flat, partially deflated, or visibly damaged.
Our team will confirm whether we can reach you and provide an estimated arrival time. We will also let you know if we need any additional information about your vehicle — for example, if it is a run-flat tyre application or a less common tyre size that we need to confirm stock for.
Typical Response Times and What Affects Them
Response times vary based on your location relative to our nearest available technician, current demand, and traffic conditions. In urban areas we typically aim to reach customers within 45 to 90 minutes. Rural locations or peak-demand periods may extend this slightly, but we will always give you a realistic estimate and keep you updated if circumstances change.
Having your location confirmed accurately is the biggest single factor within your control. A precise address or postcode, combined with a description of which side of the road or which entrance to a site you are located at, allows the technician to navigate directly to you without delay.
What Happens When Our Technician Arrives
On arrival, the technician will introduce themselves, inspect the affected tyre, and advise on the appropriate course of action — repair or replacement. If replacement is needed, they will confirm the correct tyre from vehicle registration, retrieve it from the van stock, and carry out the full fitting process: tyre removal, new tyre mounting, dynamic balancing, and torquing to the manufacturer specification.
The whole process from technician arrival to you being able to drive away is typically 30 to 45 minutes. Payment can be taken on site by card, and a receipt is provided. Old tyres are removed from the scene and disposed of through licensed facilities.
